1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Inbox Banana service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inbox Banana only for legitimate email list validation. You will not:
- Use the service to send unsolicited or spam email.
- Validate lists obtained without consent or through illegal means.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorised access. We cannot be held liable for losses from compromised credentials that you fail to report.
4. Payments & Billing
Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment provider, Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every validation result is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Banana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
